The Force 98 Silver Boys U11 team captured the Championship at the Danville Mustang Stampede Tournament on August 23, 2009. The team coached by Chris Stott was seeded first going into the Semi Finals after defeating California Odyssey Red 5-2, the Mustang Locomotive 7-2 and the Castro Valley SC United 2-1. In the semi finals they faced the Bay Oaks Runners and defeated them 8-0. In the final game the Force 98 Silver Boys faced Santa Rosa Atletico Inter. The Force 98B Silver got off to a strong start gaining a 2-0 lead early in the first half. Santa Rosa battled back and scored a goal, followed by the Force 98 Boys scoring their third goal brining the score to 3-1. In the last half of the game both teams scored another goal with the Force 98 Boys winning the final 4-2.

"All Tournament the boys were fantastic! The team played some very attractive attack minded soccer. Great passing and exceptional finishing. We also showed we can battle, defend and that's what it takes to become Champions.... A complete team effort! I am so happy and extremely proud of each player and they have worked very hard to achieve this!”, said Coach Chris Stott.
