Harker Soccer Summer Camp - Head Coach: Shaun Tsakiris

The camp is targeted at Soccer players aged 10-17 who wish to develop the technical side of their game. This soccer camp offers students a fantastic opportunity to develop individual skills and learn new techniques with the chance to use them in game situations. Players are coached in drills on passing, dribbling, turning, shooting and speed. These are then put into practice through competitive play to improve their awareness on the pitch and develop their tactical skills. Players are broken up into age appropriate groupings to ensure that every student gets the maximum benefit from the sessions.

As a current De Anza Force player a special discount of $50 is available off the normal $225 camp fee.

Coach Shaun Tsakiris is a former United States u20 international player and is the current coach of the u16 US Soccer Federation De Anza Force Academy team. Coach Tsakiris has appeared in four consecutive NCAA Tournaments, won a National Championship in 1997 and earned UCLA's MVP award in 2000. Coach Tsakiris played professional soccer from 2001-2006 before becoming a full time professional soccer coach. Shaun will lead a team of professional coaches to ensure that each participant has a safe and fun time while dramatically improving their soccer skills.
