In my role as MLS Camps Director I set up camps and also provide coaching clinics for many organizations through out the Bay Area. I also Facilitate the San Jose Earthquakes Student of the Game Clinics.
My coaching beliefs are the players should be comfortable on the ball and have many touches at practice. The Coach does not need to shout but to guide and encourage his or her players.
