De Anza Force Soccer Club is committed to creating a safe learning and working environment for all players, employees, and coaches. De Anza Force recognizes the harmful effects of bullying on the players’ ability to learn, attend team functions and practices, and desires to provide a safe environment that protects players from physical and emotional harm. No player or group of players shall, through physical, written, verbal, or other means, harass, sexually harass, threaten, intimidate, cyberbully, cause bodily injury, or commit hate violence against any other player or personnel.

• Coaches must comply with the club’s vision, mission, and core values. Accordingly, all players and parents must be treated in a professional, inclusive and cordial manner. The use of foul or inappropriate (negative) language is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.

Failure to comply with the club’s bullying and offensive/abusive language policy, for a coach, could result in disciplinary action including termination for cause. For a player, such behavior could result in disciplinary action including expulsion from the team and club.
